Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions, including the Schedule, apply to the Snowy River Caravans 2026 Runout Sale (the Promotion) run by Regent RV Pty Ltd (the Promoter). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
1. Promotion Details

| Promotion Periods | The Promotion begins at 8:30am (local time at the relevant Participating Dealership) on 1 September 2026 and ends at 5:00pm (local time at the relevant Participating Dealership) on 30 September 2026 (inclusive). |
| Eligible Customers | The customer must be a resident of Australia and aged 18 years or older. |
| Eligible Purchase | A signed contract of sale and payment of the deposit for an in-stock 2026 model Snowy River branded caravan at a Participating Dealership during the Promotion Period. The Promotion does not apply to factory orders, caravans not physically at the relevant dealership, caravans on consignment, accessories, parts, service, or any other goods or services. Stock is limited and availability is not guaranteed. |
| Promotional Offer | Eligible Customers who complete an Eligible Purchase at a Participating Dealership during the Promotion Period will receive a 10% discount off the recommended retail price (RRP) of the Eligible Purchase (the Discount). |
| Special Conditions |
The Discount will be applied by the Participating Dealership to the purchase price of the Eligible Purchase at the time the contract of sale is signed. The Discount cannot be applied retrospectively to a contract of sale entered into, or a deposit paid, before the Promotion Period. The Discount is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or deal available at the Participating Dealership, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Promoter. Finance is available on Eligible Purchases, subject to approval by the applicable finance provider. Finance is not part of the Promotional Offer and is offered on the finance provider's standard terms and conditions. |
- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
2.1 These terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) govern the participation in the Promotion, promoted by the Promoter. By participating in this Promotion, individuals are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Any defined terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning provided in these Terms and Conditions, including in the Promotion Details section. - Promotional Period:
3.1 The Promotion will only be open during the Promotional Period.
- Eligible Entrants
4.1 The Promotion is only open to Eligible Customers.
4.2 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion acting reasonably, to determine whether the customer is an Eligible Customer or the purchase is an Eligible Purchase. An individual can only participate in this Promotion in their own name. Information regarding the collection of personal information and details of the Promoter’s privacy policies are outlined in section 7 below. - How to participate
5.1 Eligible Customers must complete an Eligible Purchase during the Promotional Period.
- The Promotional Offer
6.1 The Promotional Offer (Discount), or any unused portion of the Promotional Offer, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash, unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.
6.2 If the Promotional Offer is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to withdraw, vary or substitute the Promotional Offer with an alternate offer of equal value and/or similar specification (which, for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, is also a Promotional Offer), subject to any legislative restrictions or directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
6.3 The Promotional Offer applies only to the purchase price of the Eligible Purchase and is subject to any Special Conditions set out in the Promotion Details. The Promotional Offer does not apply to any other goods or services, including but not limited to accessories, parts, service, insurance, on-road costs or government charges. - Privacy
7.1 Personal information collected during this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Promoter and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
- General Terms
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, without notice.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or under any similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
8.3 Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way in connection with the Promotion, including (without limitation) due to:- (a) Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
- (b) Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
- (c) any purchase that is delayed due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
- (d) Any variation in the Promotional Offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
- (e) any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Customer; or
- (f) use of or taking of a Promotional Offer.
8.4 If the Promotion is conducted via a third-party platform, such as Facebook, Instagram or TikTok (“Third-Party Platform”):
- (a) the Promotion is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by the Third-Party Platform; and
- (b) to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Third-Party Platform is not responsible or liable for the administration, conduct or any other aspect of the Promotion.
